How it Works

Although we sell on Geebo, Oodle or Craigslist, these marketplaces are different. Craigslist does not have listing fees, templates to choose from and the listings last between 7 and 45 days. The add placed on Craigslist or Oodle has a fixed price, so you can not bid on it, the price is the one listed and it usually is negotiable. On most cases the shipping fees are already included in the price of sale. That makes our selling policy different.

The process is absolutely FREE! for buyers, all fees associated to any transaction is deducted from our commission.

On Craigslist or Oodle, the seller lists the item for sale and answer questions from potential buyers. After an agreement is reached, the Buyer must Register on our website. If a new price is negotiated with the seller, it must be specified in the Registration Form as the “Purchase Price”. After registration, we will contact the seller and verify if all the information is accurate. An invoice will be sent to the Buyers e-mail address provided in the registration form. This information will be kept private as stated in our Privacy Policy.

The Invoice – will contain all the transaction details and payment instructions needed to complete the transaction. The Buyer will have Step-by-Step instructions on how to send the payment and confirm it to our Financial Department. Once the payment was sent and verified by our staff, it will be placed in one of our accounts for safe keeping.

The Shipping – will start as soon as the buyer is successfuly registered and verified by our Shipping Department and it can take up to 3 business days to be completed. After the buyer receive the merchandise and the 10 days allowed for inspection expires, the buyer must send the payment to an eAutosvoxBroker, LLC account. When the payment details are verified and confirmed, the title transfer process will start and the item will be transfered on your behalf.

Payment Methods – we accept any kind of payment: Check, PayPal, Money Order, Wire Transfer and Bank Transfer. However, the payment method depends on the marketplace the Item is purchased from. Most of the specified payment methods are accepted only for Geebo transactions. Unfortunately, due to the large number of scams involving stolen PayPal accounts, Credit Cards, fake Checks, these methods are not accepted for items sold on Classified Sites.

Down Payments – For transactions under $100,001.00 we require up to %100 as a down payment. For transactions over $100,001.00, we ask for down payments under %50, depending on the selling price:

When a customer wants to sell an item on a Classified Site, he can drop the items to one of our stores or have us pick up the item as described on the Large Item Service or Our Services At Home.

Shipping – Items sold on Classified Sites are not available for pickup from our locations, only the items sold through Geebo can be picked up. All the items sold through a Classified Site are being held in our warehouses. We know that this is not an advantage so we offer a 10 Day Money Back Guarantee for all items sold through Classified Sites. When we receive the items we inspect them, make sure they work properly and in case of a vehicle sale, we verify the miles, hours and then verify the description listed by the seller online to see if these information fit. Only then the item is approved and eligible for the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee. The shipping fees are a little higher for items sold on Classified Sites, but the seller can obtain a higher price Dealing on Classified Sites where there are no listing and transaction fees. Those fees will be established when the seller drops the item at our stores depending on the seller preferences.

The shipping is FREE for items sold on Classified Sites. When the seller lists the item for sale, the price listed will also include the shipping fees. So if you are buying something from a Classified Site, the price listed is the total price the buyer will pay, there are no hidden fees.
